The Therma-Kleen TS.75 is the most compact machine in the Therma-Steem lineup, built around a 0.75-gallon all-stainless boiler that generates 80 PSI / 300°F dry vapor steam for chemical-free degreasing, sanitizing, and deodorizing. At 30 lbs with a 12" × 9" × 13" footprint, it fits in tight service carts and equipment rooms where larger units cannot go. Every TS.75 is manufactured in the United States with a lifetime warranty on the boiler.
TS.75 Steam Cleaner Performance Specs
Output pressure: 80 PSI / 5.5 bar — penetrates grease, biofilm, and carbonized buildup that cleaning chemicals leave behind.

Boiler: 0.75-gallon stainless steel with lifetime warranty — no plastic components in the pressure vessel.
Power: 110 VAC, 12.5 amps (1,375W) — runs on any standard 15-amp circuit; no dedicated wiring needed.
Weight: 30 lbs; footprint: 12" L × 9" W × 13" H — the smallest and lightest unit in the four-model Therma-Steem range.

Made in the USA — stainless steel body, boiler, and Incoloy heating element built for commercial daily use.
Where the TS.75 Is Used
The TS.75 fits applications where chemical residue is unacceptable or prohibited. Healthcare facilities use it to sanitize exam tables, patient transport equipment, and restrooms without leaving quaternary ammonium or bleach residue. Food service operations deploy it on grills, fryers, hood vents, and tiled grout lines where health codes restrict chemical contact near food-prep surfaces. Hospitality housekeeping teams use the triangle brush and microfiber attachments to deep-clean mattress seams, upholstered headboards, and tile grout without wet-soaking surfaces. The 30-lb weight and compact footprint allow a single technician to carry and set up the machine without a dolly.
What Ships in the Box and Boiler Warranty
The TS.75 ships with a comprehensive 15-piece accessory kit: instructional manual and DVD, single-hole nozzle, 14" wand with two-switch gun, 19" extension, triangle brush, nylon brushes (2½" and 1" × 3), brass brushes (1" × 3), stainless steel brushes (1" × 3), floor brush with locking extension, floor microfiber cloth, two terry cloth towels, plastic funnel, triangle microfiber cloth, handheld squeegee, and gloves. Optional accessories — squeegee channel for handle, horsehair brushes, and additional brass brushes — are available separately. The stainless steel boiler carries a lifetime warranty. The machine itself is warranted for one year from date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What pressure and temperature does the Therma-Kleen TS.75 produce?
The TS.75 generates 80 PSI / 5.5 bar output pressure at a steam temperature of 300°F / 149°C — hot enough to kill MRSA, bed bugs, and most bacteria and viruses on contact without any chemical additives.
What is the boiler size and warranty on the TS.75?
The TS.75 uses a 0.75-gallon all-stainless steel boiler with a lifetime warranty. The boiler contains no plastic components. The machine itself carries a 1-year warranty on parts and labor from the date of shipment.

Located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, we acquired our Brio Air Filter in mid-late Spring of this year (2023) when pollen count was high and we were beginning to experience the effects of Poor Air Quality Index as a result of smoke particulates from fires in Canada that caused the air in much of Minnesota to become hazy and simply dirty.
It is so easy to share our experience with the Brio Air Filter given how quickly and efficiently it removed pollen, dust, and smoke particles from the environment inside our home. Two people in our home who suffer from pollen-related allergies during the spring immediately experienced easier breathing and elimination of symptoms within the house. With respect to smoke particulates from Canada drifting into our environment, EVERYONE in our home experienced directly improved breathing and smell of the air when entering from outside.
An additional piece of information to account for is that we have always employed high grade furnace filters in our home’s central HVAC system. With that high grade filtration in place both prior to and after acquiring a Brio home air filter, we all quickly agreed that deploying the Brio in our home made an easily noticeable positive difference in breathing inside our home. Additionally, those of us who clean our home have observed that dust builds up slower on our floors and furniture than before we deployed the Brio unit.
We did note that the Brio is not as quiet as a few other brands/models on the market that we have tried in our home but the efficiency and quality of the filtration, along with the air turnover rate it provides, allows us to locate the Brio unit in central rooms away from the bedrooms. Since we made that change there has been no noise-related effect on our sleep, while the unit maintains the same level of air cleanliness throughout our home.
A last key point to make is how easy the Brio unit is to maintain. The simplicity of the modular construction of the Brio unit makes it very quick and easy to keep the filtration sections clean. We have not yet reached a point of filter replacement but it is obvious to us that the replacement will take a matter of seconds and can be executed by anyone in our home, including our 10-year-old son.
It seems to help reduce my allergy issues. We're glad we bought it. The only problem I had was not seeing any cubic footage recommendations in the online description when purchasing the unit. Bedrooms vary widely in size!!
