The Sandia 80-8008 is the 12" stainless steel single bend 1-jet wand for Sniper 6-gallon carpet extractors. The single bend geometry and single jet design are calibrated for the 6-gallon extractor system — analogous to the 10-0861 dual jet S-bend wand on 12-gallon models, but sized and configured for the shorter hose lengths and lower flow rates of 6-gallon operation. The 60" total wand length allows upright operation while the cleaning surface is at standard furniture height.

No. The 80-8008 is designed for Sniper 6-gallon carpet extractors (86-series). The equivalent wand for 12-gallon Sniper models is the 10-0861 dual jet S-bend wand. The two wands are designed for different extractor operating pressures and hose configurations.
What is the difference between the 80-8008 and the 80-8009-A?
The 80-8008 is the wand only — it does not include hoses. The 80-8009-A is a kit that includes the same 12" single bend 1-jet wand plus 15-ft vacuum and solution hoses. If you already have the hoses from a previous accessory kit, order the 80-8008 wand alone. If you need hoses as well, the 80-8009-A kit is the complete solution.
What replacement tip does the 80-8008 use?
The 80-8008 uses the 80-0007-B replacement spray tip. When the jet tip on the 80-8008 wand wears, clogs, or becomes damaged, replacing the 80-0007-B tip restores the original spray pattern without replacing the full wand assembly.
Is the 80-8008 a special-order item?
Yes. The 80-8008 is not stocked in the warehouse. Processing and transit times vary. Confirm availability before ordering if a delivery date is required. The item cannot be canceled or returned once placed.
How does the single bend of the 80-8008 differ from the S-bend on the 10-0861?
The single bend on the 80-8008 has one angular offset, designed for direct upholstery approach at a single angle. The S-bend on the 10-0861 has two angular offsets, providing a different ergonomic wand approach suited to the 12-gallon extractor's hose length and operator body position.
