The Sandia 10-0170 is a 14" squeegee floor tool for Raven 10-series backpack vacuum cleaners. Its replaceable rubber blades (10-0170-A, 4-pack) channel liquid and slurry into the vacuum airstream on hard floors during flood response, water damage restoration, and wet floor cleanup tasks.

When a Squeegee Floor Tool Is Required
Hard floors with standing water or wet slurry require a different approach than dry vacuum extraction. A standard carpet or bare-floor vacuum tool does not channel liquid effectively — it skims over wet surfaces rather than creating the edge seal needed to move liquid toward the vacuum inlet. The 10-0170's rubber squeegee blades form a seal with the floor, directing liquid into the tool's extraction channel. This makes the squeegee tool the correct choice for flood response, restroom cleanup after wet mop use, and post-scrubber liquid pickup. The replaceable blade design (10-0170-A) reduces long-term cost compared to disposable squeegee tools.

The 10-0170 is a floor tool attachment — no filtration stage is built in. Fine particle filtration is handled by the Raven backpack's HEPA filter (10-0219-10-N, 99.97% at 0.3 microns). The package ships with the 10-0170 squeegee floor tool body with initial blades installed; replacement blades (10-0170-A, 4-pack) are sold separately.
