Rainbowair Activator 250 and 500 Series II Maintenance Kit (RAKIT52-II) — OEM Replacement Parts

The RAKIT52-II is the factory maintenance kit for both the Activator 250 (5210-II) and Activator 500 (5200-II). One kit covers both models — the internal components are identical. Queenaire recommends annual replacement to maintain rated ozone output and extend unit service life.

What's in the RAKIT52-II

The kit includes replacement ceramic ozone plates, the corona discharge electrode assembly, and any secondary wear components specific to the Series II chassis. These are OEM parts — not aftermarket substitutes — machined and spec'd to the same tolerances as the original factory build. Installation follows the Series II maintenance guide included with the unit: power off, access panel removal, plate assembly swap. No tools beyond a screwdriver required.
