The Activator 2000 is the top of the Rainbowair commercial line. At 20,000 mg/hr, it's built for the jobs that would require multiple smaller units running in sequence — large commercial buildings, warehouses, sports facilities, hotels treating entire wings or floors simultaneously, and industrial facilities dealing with chemical or biological contamination at scale.
Restoration companies keep the 2000 for catastrophic losses: full-building fire jobs, large-scale mold remediation, or any situation where you need maximum ozone concentration across maximum square footage in minimum time. At this output, a single treatment session can accomplish what would otherwise take a full day of repositioning smaller units.
20,000 mg/hr Ozone Output — High-Capacity Corona Discharge Array
The Activator 2000 runs an expanded ceramic plate array operating in parallel, delivering rated output consistently from the start of each treatment session to the end. The reinforced aluminum housing and commercial-grade timer (0–12 hours) are built for daily use in demanding environments. Same Series II platform DNA as the 250, 500, and 1000 — scaled up to the highest output in the line.
Unoccupied space required. At 20,000 mg/hr, plan for 90–120 minutes of active ventilation after treatment before re-entry. Coordinate with HVAC systems for fastest clearance on large spaces.
