The RAKIT54-II restores the Activator 1000 to factory-rated 10,000 mg/hr output. The 1000's quad-plate array experiences more thermal cycling than smaller units due to higher continuous operation demands — annual maintenance is critical to maintaining output consistency across the full plate array.
What's Included
Full ceramic ozone plate set (matched to the 1000's quad-plate array), corona discharge electrode assembly, and secondary wear components. All OEM Rainbowair parts. Installation follows the Series II maintenance guide: standard panel access, no specialized tools. Recommend cleaning the ozone chamber with a dry cloth during the service to remove oxidation residue.
