The QT Tornado doubles the Thunder's output while staying on the same compact QT platform. At 600 mg/hr, it handles the mid-size commercial applications where the Thunder runs too long and a larger unit would be overkill: suites, multi-room hotel floors, mid-size offices, and restaurant dining rooms.
Restoration professionals use it as their primary single-machine treatment tool for standard residential jobs — a 2,000–3,000 sq ft house treats in a single session without repositioning. That time savings adds up across a full job calendar.
QT Platform at Doubled Output
The Tornado uses a dual-plate configuration within the QT housing — double the ceramic plate surface of the Thunder, same housing profile, same 0–2 hour mechanical timer. Plate configuration is the only material difference between the Thunder and Tornado internally. The result is a unit that fits the same space on a shelf or in a truck, but cuts treatment time in half for spaces above 1,500 sq ft.
Unoccupied space required. At 600 mg/hr, allow 30–45 minutes ventilation before re-entry on standard residential spaces.
