Sediment filter 10 inch removes sediment and impurities from water with 5-micron filtration. Its low pressure drop limits the effect on water flow through your pure water system. Use it only at water temperatures below 150°F / 65°C.
Sediment Filter – 10 Inch Replacement Routine
Replace the Sediment Filter 10 Inch every 2 months or when its capacity is reached. The Pure Water Power RO/DI cart operations manual lists this part for the Single RO and Dual RO carts.
- 5-micron filtration captures sediment as water passes through.
- Low pressure drop helps maintain water flow.
- Scheduled replacement depends on elapsed time and filter capacity.
Sediment Filter – 10 Inch Installation
Use a housing wrench to remove the housing beside the water supply hose inlet. Remove the filter's plastic wrapping, then seat its center hole on the shouldered ring at the bottom of the housing. Screw the housing back into the base and tighten it with a small filter housing wrench.
