Chloramine filter 10 inch uses coconut shell activated carbon to reduce chloramines at your purification system's pre-filter stage. Chloramines in municipal water can affect RO membrane lifespan and performance. This filter can replace a standard carbon filter where its dimensions suit the system.
Chloramine Filter – 10 Inch Carbon Treatment
The Chloramine Filter 10 Inch also reduces chlorine, odors, sediment, SOCs, VOCs, insecticides, and pesticides. It treats water before it reaches the RO membrane and does not replace the membrane.
- Coconut shell activated carbon reduces chloramines.
- Pre-filter application places treatment before the RO membrane.
- 10" length and 2.5" width are the dimensions to check against your existing filter.
Check your housing and filter requirements before replacing a standard carbon filter. Matching dimensions alone do not confirm compatibility with every purification system.
