The Novatek VRS 28/PG Needle Scaler Kit takes the 28-needle pistol-grip vibration-reduced scaler and packs it into a transportable set with a carrying case and accessories. It runs at 3000 blows per minute as Novatek's most powerful pistol-grip vibration scaler, delivering full 28-needle impact while vibration-dampening technology lowers the vibration reaching the hand. It converts between needle and chisel configurations in seconds, covering mixed-surface prep from one case.
What the VRS 28/PG Kit Adds for Mobile Crews
The Kit carries the same 3000-BPM vibration-reduced tool as the bare model, plus a case and accessories so a crew can move between sites without losing parts. Tool-less needle replacement lets operators swap needles in the field, and each needle uses a 3mm chisel tip on a 7-inch shank. The tool converts to a 1/2-inch square-shank chisel holder, and a dust-collection shroud is available to add HEPA-vacuum dust capture. Low air consumption keeps it on small, portable compressors.
