The Novatek VRS 28/PG is the 28-needle pistol-grip vibration-reduced scaler on its own, Novatek's most powerful pistol-grip vibration scaler. It delivers the full impact of the standard 28-needle range at 3000 blows per minute while vibration-dampening technology lowers the vibration reaching the operator's hand. It strips coatings, corrosion, and scale and converts between needle and chisel configurations in seconds, making it a flexible tool for crews that prep mixed surfaces.
What VRS Vibration Reduction Delivers at 3000 BPM
The VRS 28/PG keeps the 28-needle impact of the standard range but cuts vibration to lower the chance of vibration-related injury on long shifts. Tool-less needle replacement lets operators swap needles in the field without separate tools, and each needle uses a 3mm chisel tip on a 7-inch shank. The tool converts to a 1/2-inch square-shank chisel holder for chisel work, and a dust-collection shroud is available to add point-of-impact dust capture for HEPA-vacuum pairing. Low air consumption keeps it on small, portable compressors.
