The Novatek Novastrip 378 (N379) is the 230V build of Novatek's mid-size infrared tile stripper. It uses radiant heat panels to warm the tile and the adhesive beneath it until the bond releases, so the tile lifts intact with no water, no solvents, and no chipping or grinding. The 378 square inch footprint clears two 12" x 12" tiles per cycle, roughly double the throughput of the compact Eco-Strip, which makes it the working machine for hallways, mid-size rooms, and steady abatement production.

Vinyl asbestos tile removal turns dangerous the moment tile breaks into airborne fragments. The Novastrip 378 sidesteps that by heating the floor until tile and mastic part on their own, keeping the material non-friable.
