Infrared tile removal machine EcoStrip N100 softens tile adhesive so crews can manually remove complete, intact tiles in tight spaces such as steps and closets. It weighs 18 lb, uses a standard grounded 110V, 15-amp outlet and heats one tile per pass. Crews can use it for individual tiles in confined areas. Its heavy-duty, lightweight aluminum construction and removable handle make it easy to carry between work areas.
EcoStrip N100 Heat Control and Serviceable Emitters
The temperature control dial comes factory preset and can be adjusted. A built-in timer runs a 20-minute cycle and shuts off the heat if the unit has not been moved during that period. The on/off breaker switch cuts power immediately when operated. Ceramic emitter strips are individually replaceable, so crews can replace one emitter without replacing the whole heat panel. This infrared tile removal machine provides localized heating and direct power control, with individual components that can be serviced. The heater softens the adhesive; crews still remove the tiles manually.
EcoStrip N100 for Flooring and Abatement Crews
Flooring contractors and asbestos-tile abatement contractors can use the EcoStrip N100 on tile-removal jobs in schools, offices and homes. Its compact design lets building maintenance crews reach tiles on steps and inside closets. Novatek positions it as a companion to the N378 and N1026 for these confined work areas. For asbestos-tile removal, the manual requires the operator to know the applicable OSHA requirements.
