The 28XN2ST is a 2-foot air-powered needle scaler on a steel barrel. Instead of a single chisel, it drives a bundle of 28 chisel-tip needles that conform to irregular surfaces — weld seams, pitted steel, corners, and contoured castings — to strip rust and scale while the operator stays upright. The 2-foot reach handles floors, low walls, and tank interiors without crouching.
