The 28NS131 packages the pistol-grip 28 needle scaler with a 5/8-inch hex super-scraper holder, so one tool moves between needle descaling and wide flat-surface scraping. The body cycles 28 chisel-tip needles at 2,200 blows per minute, and the hex holder carries 4-, 8-, and 12-inch super scrapers. The kit includes spare consumables to limit downtime.

The kit centers on the 28 pistol-grip needle scaler with 3mm chisel-tip needles in an oval front tube, plus a 5/8-inch hex-shank super-scraper holder and spare needle consumables, covering both irregular and broad flat surfaces.
