The 28CS130 is a pistol-grip chisel scaler built around a 5/8-inch hex-shank holder, driving a 1-inch wide chisel at 2,200 blows per minute. The heavier hex shank carries the wide super-scraper attachments that strip large flat areas in fewer passes. At 6.1 pounds and 14.5 inches, the angled grip steadies the impact on production descaling.

The tool ships with a 5/8-inch hex-shank chisel holder and a 1-inch wide chisel as standard, accepts 2-inch, 3-inch, and 4-inch chisels, and takes 4-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch super scrapers for clearing broad flat surfaces.
