The 28CS100 is a 28-class chisel scaler that drives a 1/2-inch square-shank chisel at 2,200 blows per minute. The larger body trades speed for heavier impact per stroke, breaking out thick coatings, weld slag, and built-up corrosion that smaller scalers labor on. All-steel construction carries the load through sustained chipping work.
28CS100 Chisel and Tube Setup
The tool ships with a 1/2-inch square-shank chisel holder and a 3/4-inch wide chisel, and accepts 2-inch, 3-inch, and 2 3/8-inch bent chisels for wider passes or flush cutting against obstructions.
- Breaks out thick coatings and slag with heavier 2,200-BPM impact
- Cuts flush against fittings with the optional bent chisel
- Runs on a portable compressor at 7.5 cfm through a 1/4-inch NPT inlet

Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus a non-refundable payment processing fee, which may apply, so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
