The Novatek 19PG Shrouded Scaler Kit takes the pistol-grip 19-needle vacuum-shroud package and packs it into a transportable set with a carrying case and accessories. The tool runs at 3000 blows per minute and strips coatings, rust, and weld slag while the vacuum shroud enclosure (VSE) holds debris at the surface for a HEPA vacuum. The rubber pistol grip keeps the operator's hand behind the tool for control on vertical and overhead work.
What the 19PG Kit Adds at 3000 BPM
The Kit carries the same 3000-BPM tool and shroud as the package, plus a case and accessories so a crew can move between sites without losing parts. Each of the 19 needles has a 3mm chisel tip on a 7-inch shank and follows rivet heads, edges, and irregular profiles. The fully adjustable front vacuum take-off seals the shroud, the standard 1.5-inch take-off connects to a HEPA vacuum, and interchangeable nose pieces cover flat surfaces, corners, and angles. Low air consumption keeps it running on small, portable compressors.
