The Novatek 19PG Shrouded Scaler Package is a pistol-grip 19-needle scaler fitted with a vacuum shroud enclosure (VSE) that captures dust where the needles strike. Running at 3000 blows per minute, it strips coatings, corrosion, mill scale, and weld slag while the shroud holds the debris for a HEPA vacuum. The rubber pistol grip puts the operator's hand behind the tool for control on vertical and overhead work, and the 19-needle pack keeps weight down for longer run times.
How the 19PG Pistol Grip Drives 3000 BPM
At 3000 blows per minute the 19PG hits faster than the 28-needle version, trading a narrower strike pattern for higher cycle speed on lighter coatings and detail work. Each of the 19 needles carries a 3mm chisel tip on a 7-inch shank and flexes to follow rivet heads, edges, piping, and irregular profiles. The fully adjustable front vacuum take-off seals the shroud against the surface, and the standard 1.5-inch take-off connects to a HEPA vacuum so removed material is drawn off as it loosens. Low air consumption lets the tool run on small, portable compressors.
