The Novatek 19IL Shrouded Scaler Kit is the inline 19-needle vacuum-shroud package built out into a transportable set, adding a carrying case and accessories to the tool and shroud. The inline body lines the needle pack up straight with the work so operators can push into pipe, channel, and angle iron, while the vacuum shroud enclosure (VSE) keeps removed coating and rust contained at the surface. Each needle uses a 3mm chisel tip on a 7-inch shank and the pack flexes to follow irregular profiles.
What the 19IL Kit Adds Over the Package
The Kit carries the same tool and shroud as the package but stores them in a case with accessories, so a crew can move between job sites without losing parts. The shroud connects to a HEPA vacuum through a 1.5-inch take-off, and the front take-off is fully adjustable to seal against flat panels, curved walls, and riveted joints. Interchangeable nose pieces handle flat surfaces, corners, and angles, so one kit covers most surface profiles a contractor meets on site.
