The 19NS120 is a pistol-grip needle scaler that cycles 19 chisel-tip needles at 3,000 blows per minute. At 5.7 pounds and 12.4 inches long, the angled grip improves control while the needle bundle conforms to welds, pits, and rounded steel. All-steel internals carry the repeated impact load.
19NS120 Needle Set and Grip
The pistol-grip body ships with 19 pieces of 3mm by 7-inch chisel-tip needles in an oval front tube that concentrates the pattern. The sliding front tube advances to hold working length as needles wear, and an optional 2mm holder handles finer profiles.
