The 19NS100 is a compact inline needle scaler that cycles 19 chisel-tip needles at 3,000 blows per minute. At 5.8 pounds and 14.8 inches long, it stays manageable through long shifts while the needle bundle conforms to welds, pits, and rounded profiles. All-steel internals handle the repeated impact load.
19NS100 Needle Set and Front Tube
The tool ships with 19 pieces of 3mm by 7-inch chisel-tip needles in an oval front tube that concentrates the pattern. The sliding front tube advances to keep working length steady as needles wear.
