12 InLine Needle and Chisel Scaler, Dual-Mode

The 12NS101 pairs Novatek's compact 12 inline tool body with both a needle holder and a 1/2-inch square chisel holder, so one tool covers flat and irregular surfaces. The body runs at 3,800 blows per minute and converts between modes in seconds. All-steel internals stand up to repeated descaling on steel and concrete.

12NS101 Dual-Mode Tooling

The package includes the needle scaler with 3mm chisel-tip needles in a straight front tube plus a 1/2-inch square chisel holder with a 3/4-inch chisel, letting an operator switch between needle and chisel work without a second tool.

Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus a non-refundable payment processing fee, which may apply, so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.

What does the 12NS101 include over the 12NS100?
The 12NS101 is the combination package: it adds a 1/2-inch square chisel holder with a 3/4-inch chisel to the needle scaler, so one tool runs in both needle and chisel modes.
How long does it take to switch modes?
Seconds. Loosen the cap-head screw, swap the needle holder and front tube for the chisel holder, and you are running as a chisel scaler.
Which mode do I use for welds?
Use needle mode for welds, fillets, and curved or pitted surfaces because the needles flex to follow the profile. Use the chisel for flat coating and slag removal.
What compressor do I need?
The 12NS101 has a 1/4-inch NPT air inlet and low air consumption, so a small portable compressor is enough.
What warranty applies?
Novatek warrants the tool free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from purchase. Accessories such as needles and chisels are not covered.
