The 12NS100 is Novatek's smallest inline needle scaler, built for descaling and coating removal in spaces too tight for a full-size tool. A 12-needle set of 3mm chisel-tip needles cycles at 3,800 blows per minute, conforming to welds, fillets, and rounded profiles that a flat chisel cannot follow. All-steel components carry the impact load through long production shifts.
12NS100 Needle Set and Front Tube
The tool ships with 12 pieces of 3mm by 7-inch chisel-tip needles in an oval front tube that concentrates the needle pattern. The sliding front tube advances to keep working length consistent as the needles wear.

Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on most brands for orders over $300, delivered to the lower 48 states. Any brand-specific freight rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery: in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically deliver in 5–7 business days. Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Built-to-order and backordered equipment shows its lead time on this page.
Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus a non-refundable payment processing fee, which may apply, so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
