The NIKRO 862117 puts a motorized robotic vehicle inside large ductwork to inspect and air-wash in one pass. A camera with variable-intensity lighting feeds the SD recorder while air-whip and blast nozzles knock debris loose off the duct walls. Air-duct cleaning contractors use it in commercial trunk lines that are too large to clean by hand from the registers.

Commercial air-duct cleaning contractors use the 862117 in large rectangular and round trunk lines in offices, schools, and healthcare and institutional buildings where the ducts are too big to reach by hand. The robotic vehicle carries the camera and air-wash nozzles the length of the run so one operator can inspect and clean from a single access point. Optional coating spray and brushing systems are available to add sealant application or mechanical brushing to the same platform. The SD recorder and microphone let crews document duct condition for building owners and compliance records.
