How the Newaire Plugin Works
The Plugin uses corona discharge technology to split ambient oxygen (O₂) into ozone (O₃). That third oxygen atom is unstable — it bonds to and oxidizes odor-causing compounds like hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and VOCs, then reverts to clean O₂. The process runs silently, 24/7, with no filters to replace and no moving parts to wear out.
Important: Ozone treatment at active concentrations requires the space to be unoccupied by people and pets during treatment. The Plugin's continuous low-output mode is designed for background maintenance in unoccupied or well-ventilated spaces.

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
