The Morantz SM-200-SS Super System moves large loads through separate pre-wash, ultrasonic wash, and rinse stations, with 200 gallons of capacity in each tank. It is designed for restoration contractors, facility managers, blind cleaning services, and parts-cleaning shops that need a defined cleaning sequence for bulky or high-volume loads. This unit is built to order and ships in approximately 8 weeks.
SM-200-SS Capacity, Lift Handling, and Ultrasonic Output
Three 55-inch-long interior tanks and a side-by-side line length of 27 feet 6 inches make floor space and utility planning central to the buying decision. Two Prowave generators provide adjustable intensity and pulse controls for matching ultrasonic action to the load.
- Three 200-gallon stations — separate pre-wash, ultrasonic wash, and rinse stages support an organized production flow.
- 4,000 watts and 8,000 peak watts — two generators drive four immersible transducer packs across the ultrasonic station.
- Three electric lifts — foot-pedal operation raises and lowers loads weighing up to 250 pounds or containing up to 12 baskets.
- Two 3,000-watt heating systems — thermostatic controls and digital readouts help operators manage solution temperature.
- Pump, filtration, and bubbler equipment — pre-wash and rinse filtration supports solution management, while the bubbler adds agitation when connected to a separately supplied compressor.
- Non-magnetic stainless steel tanks — each tank rides on five casters for positioning within the cleaning area.
- Six lids and six shelves — the lids double as work surfaces, creating space for staging between process steps.
