The Morantz Parts Cleaning Upgrade Kit adds small-parts baskets, drying equipment, chemical treatments, and hands-free controls to any Morantz ultrasonic system. It is intended for parts-cleaning shops, maintenance departments, and restoration teams working with batches of metal and aluminum contents.
MOR-PCUK parts handling and chemicals
Four matching stainless steel baskets keep batch sizes consistent. The four supplied chemicals cover degreasing, water conditioning, aluminum cleaning, and rust inhibition.
- Four stainless steel baskets, each measuring 15 inches by 10 inches by 8 inches, hold grouped parts.
- The kit includes 5 gallons of Synergizer degreaser for greasy contents.
- It includes 5 gallons of Activator water softener for conditioning process water.
- It includes 5 gallons of Parts/Aluminum Cleaner for parts and aluminum cleaning.
- It includes 5 gallons of Rust Inhibitor for corrosion management after cleaning.
- An easy-step foot pedal provides hands-free control, and a blow dry gun with stand handles drying.
- Other accessories include 4 tip-and-measure containers, a hard water test kit, and an immersible torque wrench.
MOR-PCUK applications
The MOR-PCUK is suitable for parts-cleaning shops that process small components in batches. Maintenance departments can use it for equipment parts in an existing Morantz ultrasonic system. Restoration operations can sort metal contents by basket and apply the degreaser, water softener, parts cleaner, and rust inhibitor at the appropriate stages.
