The Morantz Max Pack adds an ultrasonic generator, twin immersible transducers, and thermostatically controlled heat to any Morantz ultrasonic system. Buyers can select the equipment based on generator output, electrical requirements, pulse control, and heating capacity.
MOR-MAXPACK output and electrical requirements
The Prowave generator has adjustable intensity and pulse controls. A separate heater uses a thermostat and has an operating indicator light.
- The ultrasonic generator has a rated output of 1,500 watts and 3,000 peak watts.
- Intensity control adjusts the ultrasonic output for the cleaning process.
- Pulse control provides a separate generator adjustment.
- Twin immersible transducer packs transfer ultrasonic energy within the compatible system.
- The standard generator configuration uses 110-volt, 20-amp, single-phase power.
- A 220/240-volt generator configuration is available by request.
- The 1,500-watt heater uses 7 amps and single-phase power. It includes thermostat control and an indicator light.
MOR-MAXPACK applications
The MOR-MAXPACK is intended for restoration facilities, parts-cleaning shops, and maintenance departments that operate Morantz ultrasonic systems. It can be used to build out a system with immersible transducers and controlled heating. When planning electrical service, buyers can compare the standard 110-volt generator with the available 220/240-volt configuration.
