The Morantz M-115-SS Super System combines pre-wash, ultrasonic wash, and rinse stations in a 21-foot line, with 115 gallons of working capacity per tank. It gives restoration contractors, blind cleaning services, facility teams, and parts-cleaning operations a repeatable three-stage process with lift-assisted load movement. This unit is built to order and ships in approximately 8 weeks.
M-115-SS Tank Size, Load Handling, and Utility Planning
Each tank provides a 40 by 29 by 29-inch interior, while three electric lifts reduce the manual effort required to move loaded baskets through the process. The standard configuration operates from five 120-volt circuits, with 220/240-volt conversion available.
- Three 115-gallon tanks — dedicated pre-wash, ultrasonic wash, and rinse stations keep each process step separate.
- 1,500 watts and 3,000 peak watts — the Prowave generator includes intensity and pulse controls for adjusting ultrasonic operation.
- Two immersible transducer packs — 14-gauge stainless steel construction places the ultrasonic components inside the wash tank.
- Three 250-pound electric lifts — wheeled, foot-pedal-controlled lifts handle loads of up to eight baskets.
- Two controlled heating systems — thermostatic operation and digital readouts provide visible temperature management.
