The burner produces 513,800 BTU/hr with a 150°F temperature rise to 200°F max outlet. Includes 2900W generator, electric start with sealed battery, and ½-inch Schedule 80 stainless-wrapped coil. Weight is 772 lbs at 50" × 34" × 46". Optimized for throughput over maximum pressure.
Maximum Flow Rate in the HS Series
- Heat: 513,800 BTU/hr, 200°F max — the highest BTU output in the batch; 150°F rise; 10.0-gallon burner tank at 3.67 gph fuel consumption.
- Engine: 725cc Kohler CH730 OHV — electric start, sealed battery; 10.0-gallon engine fuel tank.
- Pump: General — external bypass, preset unloader, forged brass manifold, 80-mesh stainless-steel inlet strainer.
- Generator: 2900W — onboard power for remote sites.
When to Choose 7.8 GPM Over Higher PSI
The HS-3008-1MGK is for applications where surface coverage rate per hour is the priority and 3000 PSI is sufficient cleaning pressure. Concrete rinsing, oil spill cleanup on large pads, ship and barge deck washing, and aircraft apron maintenance all involve large flat surfaces where moving faster at 3000 PSI/7.8 GPM produces better total output than working at higher pressure with lower flow.
