The Mercury 2107 has a 19" brush block for 21" floor machines, as listed in the Mercury brush and pad driver fitment chart. Its "B / 92" style universal clutch plate connects the brush to compatible machines. Before replacing a worn consumable, check the machine size, brush size, and connection.
2107 Nylon 180 Grit Brush construction and contact
- Blue nylon filament uses DuPont Tynex A nylon with the specified medium stiffness.
- Abrasive action comes from silicon carbide impregnated throughout the filament.
- Pad replacement for blue or green floor pads during routine wet scrubbing.
- Floor tracking with flexible bristles that clean grout lines and uneven surface contours.
- Domestic production by Mercury Floor Machines. Made in the USA.
2107 Nylon 180 Grit Brush applications
This brush is made for routine wet scrubbing on resilient and non-slip floors. Its flexible bristles clean recessed grout lines and textured areas that pad-style cleaning may miss. Before ordering, match the 19" block, 21" machine fitment, and "B / 92" clutch plate style to the existing setup. The same nylon 180 grit scrub brush type comes in other machine sizes for fleets with mixed equipment.
