MA5X Pure Dish Soap is a concentrated, scented green liquid for manual dishwashing in commercial kitchens. Use it with the 3-sink method to wash cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. The 55-gallon drum supplies multiple sinks or locations without the frequent container changes required by smaller packages.
MA5X Pure Dish Soap dilution and cost per sink
Use 1-2 oz per 10-gallon sink, depending on the soil level. One drum contains the same volume as eleven 5-gallon containers, which means fewer containers to store and replace.
- Each drum provides 3,520–7,040 10-gallon sink applications.
- For heavy grease, use 2 oz per 10-gallon sink. This provides 3,520 fills for fryer baskets, sheet pans, and heavily soiled cookware.
- For routine loads, use 1 oz per 10-gallon sink. This provides 7,040 fills for glassware, dishes, and utensils with lighter soil.
- The formula has a pH of 8.5 - 9.5, making it near-neutral to mildly alkaline.
- The concentrate is completely soluble in water.
- The 55-gallon drum works with drum pumps, wall-mounted dilution stations, and pallet storage arrangements.
MA5X Pure Dish Soap in multi-station foodservice kitchens
MA5X Pure Dish Soap is made for restaurants, institutional kitchens, hotels, cafeterias, catering operations, commissaries, and food-production facilities that wash dishes by hand. A single drum can supply several kitchen stations or facility locations. For standard 3-sink manual dishwashing, add 1-2 oz of concentrate to a 10-gallon sink of hot water. Use 2 oz for heavy grease loads such as deep fryer baskets, sheet pans, and heavy cookware. Use 1 oz for lighter loads such as glassware, dishes, and utensils. The product is not regulated for DOT/IMDG/IATA transport.
