This pH 13-14 oven and grill cleaner dissolves baked-on carbon, carbonized grease, and food residue in 2 to 6 minutes. MA5X is made for commercial kitchens and foodservice operations. It can also handle demanding household cleaning jobs where ordinary neutral cleaners fail to remove cooked-on buildup. The ready-to-use liquid cuts soaking time and makes heavy buildup easier to rinse away.
MA5X pH 13-14 cleaning strength and handling

MA5X oven and grill cleaner for foodservice environments
MA5X is suitable for restaurants, bakeries, commissary kitchens, cafeterias, catering operations, and institutional foodservice facilities that regularly deal with carbonized cooking soils. Use it during scheduled deep cleaning of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment with baked-on grease or food residue. The transparent liquid has a specific gravity of 1.03 gr/cc, a boiling point of > 100 °C (>212 °F), and a flash point of > 100 °C (>212 °F). Any pH 13-14 residue left on a cooking surface that later contacts food or heat is a food safety hazard, so rinse every treated surface thoroughly after cleaning. MA5X is available only in 1-gallon and 55-gallon drum formats. Buyers can choose between a container for individual use and one for larger facility programs.
