MA5X Industrial Degreaser concentrate removes years-old carbon, baked-on oil, compacted soils, and heavy contamination that lower-pH cleaners may leave behind. The pH 13-14 alkaline formula is made for engine rebuilding, metal fabrication, production equipment, and industrial maintenance. The 32oz bottle works well for focused jobs, while the 1-gallon container is suited to recurring cleaning programs.
MA5X pH 13-14 concentrate for extreme contamination
Maintenance teams can use either of two dilution options, depending on the amount of buildup. Let the solution dwell briefly so it can penetrate stubborn deposits before agitation and rinsing.
- pH 13-14 alkaline concentrate - breaks down baked-on oil, aged carbon deposits, and compacted soils during extreme degreasing jobs
- 1:5 extreme-cleaning dilution - prepares the concentrate for engine rebuilding and surfaces with heavy carbon accumulation
- 1:10 maintenance dilution - cleans regularly serviced industrial equipment without using the extreme-contamination ratio
- 2 to 6 minute dwell time - allows the solution to penetrate stubborn deposits before agitation and thorough rinsing with clean water
- Total solubility in water - lets the liquid concentrate mix completely with water at the selected dilution
- Not regulated for DOT/IMDG/IATA - gives purchasing and operations teams a clear transport classification
MA5X Industrial Degreaser for rebuild shops and manufacturing plants
Engine rebuilding shops can use MA5X Industrial Degreaser on blocks, heads, manifolds, and transmission cases covered with baked-on oil or old carbon. It is also suitable for metal fabrication plants, heavy manufacturing facilities, production floors, and maintenance departments that clean industrial machinery. Heavy equipment service operations can use it during scheduled cleaning programs. For smaller jobs or trial applications, choose the 32oz bottle. The 1-gallon container is intended for recurring maintenance, and a 55-gallon drum is available for large facilities, multi-shift operations, and high-volume programs. Use this formula for extreme applications. Lower-pH MA5X cleaners are better suited to daily facility cleaning or standard heavy commercial degreasing.
