MA5X bulk industrial degreaser removes years-old carbon buildup, compacted grease, caked industrial soils, and heavy petroleum contamination. The pH 13-14 liquid concentrate is made for facility, maintenance, and procurement teams that clean equipment compatible with high-pH chemistry. It works with short dwell-and-rinse cycles and centralized dispensing systems used across multiple work areas.
MA5X Industrial Degreaser concentration and working yield
This is the most concentrated degreaser in the MA5X drum lineup. It is intended for contamination that the MA5X Heavy-Duty Degreaser Black at pH 12-13 cannot remove efficiently. Both products use the same core formulation and have the same GHS safety classification, but pH 13-14 has 10× greater alkalinity than pH 12-13.

- 275-550 gallons of working solution - covers high-volume cleaning programs, with dilution adjusted to the severity of the soil

- 1:10 dilution for heavy maintenance cleaning - makes 550 gallons of working solution for recurring industrial cleaning
- 2-6 minute action time - starts breaking down extreme contamination on contact for shorter dwell-and-rinse cycles

MA5X Heavy-Duty Degreaser use in industrial facilities
MA5X Heavy-Duty Degreaser is made for manufacturing plants, heavy-equipment maintenance facilities, industrial service operations, and other sites with persistent carbon, grease, and petroleum contamination. Apply the diluted solution by brush, pressure washer, or spray to a compatible surface. The 55-gallon drum can be stored on a pallet and connected to a drum pump for distribution to multiple cleaning stations. MA5X Heavy-Duty Degreaser Black at pH 12-13 is better suited to routine commercial degreasing, fleet washing, and jobs where compatibility with metals, coatings, and painted equipment is the priority.
