MA5X Bulk All-Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser is a water-based concentrate for daily cleaning and light degreasing on commercial and household surfaces. The 55-gallon drum can supply centralized chemical storage and refill systems at one or multiple locations. Its moderately alkaline formula covers routine surface cleaning without the strength of a heavier industrial degreaser.
Choosing the MA5X All-Purpose Degreaser Strength
This pH 11-12 formula is the mildest option in the MA5X degreaser drum lineup. It is made for frequent cleaning on finished surfaces, in food service areas, and in occupied spaces where the stronger Black or Industrial formulas are unnecessary.

MA5X Cleaning Environments and Daily Surface Use
MA5X All-Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser is suitable for janitorial programs in offices, schools, hospitality properties, retail facilities, multifamily buildings, food service operations, and light commercial workspaces. For routine spray-and-wipe cleaning, apply approximately 1 fl oz per surface area with a refill spray bottle, then wipe with a clean microfiber cloth or mop. Smaller surfaces may need approximately 0.5 fl oz per application, allowing more treatments from each drum. Building-service contractors and in-house custodial departments can use centralized dispensers to refill containers used in restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, common areas, and back-of-house spaces. The liquid has a boiling point of > 98.9 °C (>210 °F) and a flash point of > 100 °C (>212 °F).

Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
