The Hawk Enterprises Heavy Duty Deluxe 17" (F17-01-DX) is the solution-delivery configuration of the standard HD machine, adding a 4-gallon solution tank, splash guard, and chrome motor housing to the 1.5 HP dual-capacitor motor and 10:1 helical-cut gears running at 175 RPM. The solution tank eliminates separate spray equipment, allowing one operator to scrub and apply cleaning solution in a single pass without an additional mop-and-bucket or auto-scrubber.
DX Package and Machine Specs
- 1.5 HP dual-capacitor, 5.9A, 175 RPM — the 5.9A draw is the lowest of any 1.5 HP Hawk 17-inch machine, leaving significant headroom on 15-amp circuits for other equipment on the same branch.
- 4-gallon solution tank with splash guard — the tank delivers cleaning solution directly to the floor during scrubbing passes, eliminating the need for a separate mopping step; the splash guard contains solution within the work area during aggressive pad passes.

Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
