The ozone-generating plates in the HO3-2500's corona discharge system have a finite life. Over time — typically 12–18 months of regular use — the plates accumulate oxidation buildup that reduces ozone output below rated levels. This kit replaces the ozone plate assembly to restore full 2,500 mg/hr output.
What's Included
Complete ozone generator plate assembly, sized and rated for the HO3-2500 housing. Installation follows Queenaire's documented maintenance procedure: power off, access panel open, plate assembly swap. No specialized tools required. Recommend cleaning the ozone chamber housing with a dry cloth during the replacement to remove any oxidation residue from the previous assembly.

When to Replace
