Ebac CD100E dehumidifier pulls a typical 97 pints of water a day from spaces up to an effective volume of 10,594 cu ft. It is set up for sites where nobody checks the unit day to day, with an alarm output that can be wired to a remote panel. Humidity stays under control, and you find out when it doesn't.
Ebac CD100E Alarm and Monitoring Controls
Control and alarm humidistats sit concealed inside the unit, and both are adjustable. When humidity passes the alarm point, the voltage free remote alarm connector can signal a panel or system away from the dehumidifier. Maintenance staff also get a run-time record and a clear power status on every visit, which helps when the site is only checked occasionally.
- Hours run meter — logs operating time so service visits can be planned around actual use.
- Power on indicator — confirms at a glance that the unit has power.
- Reverse cycle defrost system — clears coil ice so drying continues in spaces down to 33°F.
- Wall mounting bracket — keeps the 135 lb unit off the floor, though it can also stand free.
- High level cut-out switch — switches the unit off if condensate backs up to a high level.
- Gravity drain (1/2" O/D) — connect a hose for continuous drainage.
