The drum is the wear item in a slurry system — it takes the grit, the weight and the loading dock. The H0945 is the factory 55-gallon replacement, with the bottom drain that makes emptying a matter of opening a valve instead of tipping 400 pounds.
H0945 Drain, Handles and Compatibility
Two features do the work here.
- Bottom drain fitting — empties the drum in place, no tipping and no shoveling
- Moulded handles — gives two people a grip when the drum has to come off the cart
- Fits the H0901 topper — turns the topper into a complete system with the addition of a cart
- Replacement drum for the H0904 — the factory part, sized to seal against the topper head
- 23.5" diameter, 34" tall — standard 55-gallon footprint for the matching H0942 cart
H0945 Applications and Environments
Order this when a drum has been damaged in transit, or as a second drum so a full one can be set aside and an empty swapped in without pausing the pour or the polish. Concrete, stone and tile crews running continuous wet work usually keep a spare. The drum is built for the matching cart, which keeps it mobile once it has several hundred pounds of slurry in it.
