The Dapper Supply DP-WBFS1201 is a battery-powered walk-behind floor scrubber sized for warehouses, schools, gyms, restaurants, and light-industrial facilities cleaning 5,000–15,000 sq ft per shift. The 16" brush at 200 RPM and 21.5" squeegee deliver single-pass scrub-and-recovery on vinyl composition tile, sealed concrete, epoxy, and quarry tile. Cord-free operation eliminates trip hazards and extension-cord routing across cleaning zones.

Where the DP-WBFS1201 Fits
This unit is built for facilities with 36"+ aisles and 5,000+ sq ft to clean per session. Common deployments: warehouse main aisles, school hallways, hotel corridors, restaurant kitchens, gym hard-floor zones, retail back-of-house, and manufacturing walkways. The cord-free design lets one operator move continuously through a building without re-plugging at each cleaning zone, which is the typical productivity bottleneck on corded scrubbers in spaces over 5,000 sq ft.
200 RPM Brush Speed — Why It Matters
At 200 RPM, the 16" brush emulsifies routine commercial soil on VCT, epoxy-coated concrete, and sealed quarry tile without requiring pre-mopping. Compared to slow-speed buffers (150–175 RPM), 200 RPM activates low-foam floor cleaning solution faster — increased brush speed breaks surface tension more efficiently, shortening dwell time before squeegee recovery. Three scouring pad types are included so operators can match pad aggressiveness to soil level and floor coating.
21.5" Squeegee vs. 16" Brush — Recovery Path Is Wider on Purpose
The squeegee width (21.5") intentionally exceeds the brush width (16") by 5.5" to capture lateral splash from brush operation. A same-width squeegee leaves wet edges that require overlap passes. The wider squeegee catches lateral spray, reducing overlap passes and leaving floors dry in a single forward stroke. Verify that 21.5" of squeegee clearance is available in your tightest aisle before ordering.
Choosing Between Dapper Supply Walk-Behind Scrubbers
The DP-WBFS1201 sits between the smaller DP-WPFS1204 (15" cleaning width, 2,000 sq ft / cycle) and larger walk-behind models. If your aisles are under 30" wide or coverage is under 2,000 sq ft per cycle, the DP-WPFS1204 is the better fit. If you need extended battery runtime for 15,000+ sq ft sessions, contact us for the DP-WBFS1207 specification sheet.

The 16" brush runs at 200 RPM — fast enough to efficiently emulsify routine commercial floor soils on VCT, epoxy, and sealed tile without pre-mopping.
Why is the squeegee wider than the brush?
The 21.5" squeegee is 5.5" wider than the 16" brush to capture solution that splashes laterally during brush operation, leaving floors dry in a single pass without wet edges requiring additional coverage.
What scouring pads are included?
Three scouring pads are included. Typical scrubber pad sets include multiple abrasiveness grades — consult the product listing for pad specifications. Softer pads work on polished surfaces; more abrasive pads handle heavy traffic soil on unpolished concrete.
What is the solution tank capacity?
6.5 gallons — sufficient for cleaning approximately 2,000–3,500 sq ft of light commercial floor before refilling, depending on solution flow rate setting.
What aisle width does the DP-WBFS1201 require?
The operative clearance constraint is the 21.5" squeegee width, not the 16" brush. Verify that your aisles have at least 24"–26" of usable width to accommodate the squeegee plus operating clearance.

Located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, we acquired our Brio Air Filter in mid-late Spring of this year (2023) when pollen count was high and we were beginning to experience the effects of Poor Air Quality Index as a result of smoke particulates from fires in Canada that caused the air in much of Minnesota to become hazy and simply dirty.
It is so easy to share our experience with the Brio Air Filter given how quickly and efficiently it removed pollen, dust, and smoke particles from the environment inside our home. Two people in our home who suffer from pollen-related allergies during the spring immediately experienced easier breathing and elimination of symptoms within the house. With respect to smoke particulates from Canada drifting into our environment, EVERYONE in our home experienced directly improved breathing and smell of the air when entering from outside.
An additional piece of information to account for is that we have always employed high grade furnace filters in our home’s central HVAC system. With that high grade filtration in place both prior to and after acquiring a Brio home air filter, we all quickly agreed that deploying the Brio in our home made an easily noticeable positive difference in breathing inside our home. Additionally, those of us who clean our home have observed that dust builds up slower on our floors and furniture than before we deployed the Brio unit.
We did note that the Brio is not as quiet as a few other brands/models on the market that we have tried in our home but the efficiency and quality of the filtration, along with the air turnover rate it provides, allows us to locate the Brio unit in central rooms away from the bedrooms. Since we made that change there has been no noise-related effect on our sleep, while the unit maintains the same level of air cleanliness throughout our home.
A last key point to make is how easy the Brio unit is to maintain. The simplicity of the modular construction of the Brio unit makes it very quick and easy to keep the filtration sections clean. We have not yet reached a point of filter replacement but it is obvious to us that the replacement will take a matter of seconds and can be executed by anyone in our home, including our 10-year-old son.
It seems to help reduce my allergy issues. We're glad we bought it. The only problem I had was not seeing any cubic footage recommendations in the online description when purchasing the unit. Bedrooms vary widely in size!!
