DP-WBFS1200 Applications and Environments

The tank capacity and brush width point this machine at high-square-footage jobs: distribution and warehouse floors, school gymnasiums, manufacturing aisles, big-box retail, and event or exhibition halls. On those floors a single operator is responsible for thousands of square feet per shift, and every refill or dump stop is lost production time. The 13.5-gallon tanks stretch the interval between stops, and the matched tank sizes keep timing simple.

The 30-inch squeegee matters most on carpet. Solution sprayed ahead of the brush and pushed sideways by the rotating head has to be recovered before the wheels reach it, because wheels tracking over wet carpet push moisture back into areas already extracted. The wider squeegee captures that lateral solution ahead of wheel contact, so carpet comes up drier and the recovery tank does the work it is sized for.

On hard floors the same 11-inch overlap shortens the job a different way. Because the squeegee reaches well past both edges of the 19-inch brush, an operator can run passes with less precise tracking and still recover the full wet path, which reduces missed strips and the re-passes they cause. Combined with the battery drivetrain, that lets a single operator keep a steady lane pattern across a warehouse bay or gym floor without stopping to swap a cord or re-clean streaks the squeegee would otherwise leave behind.
