The BG102DC with bagless cup (17.5 lbs) also has zero bag cost but provides visible fill-level monitoring. The BG102H with high-filtration bags (17 lbs) adds filtration at the cost of ongoing bag expense. Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus a non-refundable payment processing fee, which may apply, so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
