The BG100 ProTough is built with a metal bottom plate, black metal hood, and metal foot switch. An 870-watt motor drives an aluminum roller brush with four bristle strips through a 12-inch cleaning path, and the non-stick shakeout bag eliminates ongoing bag costs. Heat overload protection shuts the motor off before thermal damage occurs during extended cleaning cycles.

The BG101 series (ProShake, ProBag, ProCup) also uses an 870-watt motor and 12-inch path, but with a chrome metal hood rather than the BG100's black metal hood. Both weigh 13.5–14.5 lbs and include heat overload protection. The BG100 ProTough is positioned as the baseline commercial workhorse — shakeout bag, metal hood, bottom plate, foot switch and release pedal, no filtration upgrade. For facilities that need the most durable structure without the cost of high-filtration bags or chrome hood aesthetics, the BG100 is the appropriate specification.

Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus a non-refundable payment processing fee, which may apply, so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
