The A6FSH1245 is the particle stage for the AllerAir AirMedic Pro 6 Plus. AllerAir rates it at 99.99% of airborne particles at 0.1 micron. Standard HEPA is rated 99.97% at 0.3 micron, so the Super HEPA is specified at a tighter efficiency and at a smaller test particle.
How is Super HEPA rated against standard HEPA?
The two ratings use different test particle sizes, so they are not directly interchangeable numbers. Both media capture the coarse fraction — dust, pollen, dander, mould spores. Super HEPA is the grade AllerAir specifies for severe allergy, asthma and chemically sensitive rooms.

Service notes
AllerAir recommends replacing the Super HEPA every 12 months, sooner in heavy dust, smoke or pollution. A loading particle filter shows up as reduced airflow at the same fan setting rather than as worse air quality. Running without a pre-filter, or with a saturated one, shortens its life sharply because coarse dust that should have been caught upstream ends up in the pleats.
