Cleaning a duct system is only half the job; the system still has to be treated with a sanitizer, sealant, or deodorizer afterward. The Max Fogger is the machine that applies it, producing a controlled cold mist from a 1.5 gallon tank so an operator treats several registers between refills rather than climbing down for a top-up on every one.
Max Fogger Nozzle Control and Chemical Compatibility
The two things that matter on a ULV fogger are how precisely it meters product and whether the seals survive the chemistry.
- Adjustable 0 to 0.115 GPM nozzle — droplet size runs 5 to 50 microns, so the mist can be set to travel down a duct run or to settle on surfaces
- Lock-in-place nozzle head — the setting holds when the machine is switched off, so the same dose is applied at the next register
- Viton seals — chemically resistant to the sanitizers, sealants, and deodorizers used in HVAC and restoration work
- Two spring-loaded valves — product only dispenses while depressed, with instant shutoff on release and secondary check valves against backflow if the motor fails
- 1.5 gallon poly tank — wide fill opening, and a stable low-slung base that resists tipping at any fill level
