+1 (978) 295-7538DuctMaster III Contact Cleaning for Residential and Light Commercial Systems
The DuctMaster III pairs four vacuum motors with a 2,000 RPM power brush on a 35 ft hose, so the brush scrubs the duct wall while the machine pulls the loosened debris straight into a four-stage filter train. That combination is what separates it from a negative air machine, which moves air through the system but never touches the interior surface. At 94 lbs on 12 in rear wheels, it is a single-technician machine.
DuctMaster III Suction, Brush, and Filtration
Four independent motors mean the machine adapts to the power available at the job site rather than tripping the building breaker.
- Four vacuum motors, individually switched — 120 to 500 CFM at up to 75 in W.C. static pressure, and an operator can run two motors when only one circuit is available
- Independent circuit indicator — a panel light confirms the second cord landed on a separate circuit, which is the usual cause of a tripped breaker on arrival
- Four-stage filtration — 15 gallon dual stage bag, 13 x 15 x 1 in Electra Silver pre-filter, then a 14 x 18 x 3 in HEPA final filter, so debris stays in the machine
- 1,500 W brushless brush motor — 2,000 RPM through a 1.5 in x 35 ft hose with a 12 in pancake brush, driven forward or reverse from a handheld IR remote
- Dryer duct kit compatible — a 3 in x 8.4 ft cuffed hose and a 20 ft drill-powered cable with a 4 in brush convert the machine for vent work
- Rotational molded poly body — takes repeated loading into a van without denting like a sheet metal cabinet
- 25 to 125 °F operating range — unheated crawlspaces and hot attics stay in spec
DuctMaster III Applications and Environments
HVAC contractors and duct cleaning businesses run the DuctMaster III on single-family homes, condominiums, small offices, medical suites, restaurants, and light commercial buildings where the trunk lines are short enough for a 35 ft hose to reach the far register. The same machine handles dryer vents and chimney work with the accessory hoses, which is how many operators justify it as a first machine before adding a negative air unit. It measures 21 in W x 36 in D x 40 in H, weighs 94 lbs, and runs from 115 V at 14 A on each of two cords, with a 220/240 V build available at 8 A per cord. Air-Care covers it for three years, with one year on vacuum motors, the circuit board, and the remote, and 90 days on the hose and motor assembly.
