MP3000 for Large-Volume Water Removal

MP3000 combines a sump pump, wet/dry vacuum and particle filtration on one portable cart for large-volume water removal. It is built for water restoration professionals. It extracts water and leaves floors almost completely dry.

MP3000 Applications and Environments

Use the MP3000 for large-volume clean or black water spills during water restoration, or to remove standing water from basements and other below-ground locations. It also handles large-volume leaks and spills. It is not a HEPA vacuum or intrinsically safe, and it is not for hazardous dusts, flammable liquids or explosive dusts.

What is the difference between the vacuum function and the pump function on the MP3000?
The 1.6 HP vacuum (140 CFM, 105" static lift) extracts water and debris through the 1.5" suction hose. The 0.5 HP pump moves bulk water at 60 GPM and discharges up to 300 ft horizontally or 23 ft vertically. The MP3000 runs in three modes: combination pump and wet/dry vacuum (pumps out standing water, separates solids and discharges the filtered water), pump only (unfiltered discharge), or wet/dry vacuum only (collects into the 19-gallon tank).
How much water can the MP3000 extract per hour?
The integrated pump moves 60 GPM (3,600 gallons per hour) through the discharge hose.
What is the maximum discharge distance on the MP3000?
The pump delivers 300 ft horizontal discharge and 23 ft vertical discharge. Two heavy-duty discharge hoses are included: one 25 ft and one 50 ft (1.5" diameter).
Can the MP3000 handle black water?
Abatement Technologies states the MP3000 pumps out large-volume clean or black water spills. Its stainless steel filter basket catches solids and particles for cleaner water discharge. The MP3000 is not a HEPA vacuum and is not intrinsically safe, so it is not suitable for hazardous dusts, flammable liquids or explosive dusts.
What accessory kit ships with the MP3000?
The MP3000 includes a crush-proof 1.5" × 13 ft suction hose, curved wand, 2-piece extension wand, squeegee tool, 1.5" NPT discharge hose fitting, and two discharge hoses (25 ft + 50 ft).
