IC750MOBKC ICRA Compliance Kit — Containment Cube, Air Scrubber, and Transport Caddy for Healthcare Construction
The Abatement Technologies IC750MOBKC-ICRA Kit combines three pieces of equipment into a single deployable system for infection control risk assessment (ICRA) compliance: the PRED750 portable air scrubber, the AG3000 mobile containment cube, and the AG-CADDY transport cart. Where most contractors assemble ICRA setups from separately sourced components, this kit arrives as a matched system — the air scrubber exhausts directly into the containment cube, and the caddy keeps pre-filters, secondary filters, and tools organized on a single rolling platform.
IC750MOBKC Kit Components and Performance
Each component in this kit is selected to work together — the 750 CFM scrubber is sized for the AG3000 cube's interior volume, not arbitrarily bundled.
PRED750 Air Scrubber — 750 CFM true HEPA — creates negative pressure inside the containment cube; 99.97% particle capture at 0.3 microns keeps construction dust and airborne pathogens from reaching adjacent patient or occupied areas
AG3000 Mobile Containment Cube — 8 ft to 10 ft adjustable height — reinforced PVC construction with precision-numbered poles for repeatable ceiling height setup; clear windows maintain sightlines and natural light without breaking containment
Zippered access on three sides plus top ceiling zippers — ceiling access zippers allow work above the T-bar without cutting or relocating the containment, a common time loss on occupied-building projects
AG-CADDY transport cart — purpose-built to carry the air scrubber, filters, tools, and accessories; eliminates the second trip back to the truck between setup and teardown
Pre-filter consumables included (1" × 12 and 2" × 6) — pre-filters extend HEPA life in drywall-heavy environments; having a case on the caddy means no mid-job supply runs
10" flexible duct clamp — secures the scrubber exhaust connection to the containment cube for verified negative pressure
IC750MOBKC Applications and Environments
Hospital construction and renovation projects requiring ICRA Category III or IV compliance are the primary deployment for this kit — the AG3000 cube creates a physical barrier around the work area while the PRED750 maintains negative pressure and filters return air. Cleanroom and laboratory facility contractors use it for renovation work in sensitive spaces where any breach in containment carries project and regulatory consequences. Critical infrastructure projects in occupied government buildings, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, and data centers deploy ICRA protocols even when not explicitly required, using this kit to document compliance for project audits. The AG-CADDY is specifically useful for contractors who rotate this setup between multiple active projects — pack out and pack in without disassembling the filter stack.
IC750MOBKC Compliance Standards and What Ships in the Box
The kit meets CA Fire Marshall, CDC, AIA, NFPA, and CSA standards for healthcare construction air quality management. Ships complete with: PRED750 Portable Air Scrubber, AG3000 Mobile Containment Cart, AG-CADDY, 1" pre-filters (case of 12), 2" secondary filters (case of 6), and 10" flex duct clamp. No additional filtration accessories required to begin a compliant ICRA deployment.
What ICRA categories does the IC750MOBKC kit support?
The IC750MOBKC kit is designed for ICRA Category III and IV projects — the highest-risk classifications involving demolition or construction adjacent to occupied patient care areas. The combination of physical containment (AG3000 cube) and negative pressure air filtration (PRED750 at 750 CFM) meets the dual-barrier requirement for these categories.
What ceiling heights does the AG3000 Mobile Containment Cube accommodate?
The AG3000 adjusts from 8 feet to 10 feet using precision-numbered poles. For ceilings outside this range — under 8 ft or above 10 ft — the standard AG3000 configuration is not suitable without extension poles. Contact Abatement Technologies for ceiling height extension options.
Does the PRED750 air scrubber create true negative pressure in the containment cube?
Yes. The PRED750 exhausts filtered air outside the containment boundary through the 10" duct connection included in the kit, creating a negative pressure differential inside the cube. This prevents contaminated air from escaping into adjacent occupied areas when the zippered entry is opened.
What filters are included, and how long do they last?
The kit includes 1" pre-filters (case of 12) and 2" secondary filters (case of 6) to protect the PRED750's HEPA filter. In heavy drywall demolition environments, plan to replace pre-filters every 1–3 days. In lighter renovation work, the included supply typically covers 2–4 weeks of operation. HEPA filter life depends on pre-filter maintenance — replace pre-filters before they become saturated to maximize HEPA life.
Which compliance standards does this kit meet?
The IC750MOBKC-ICRA kit meets CA Fire Marshall, CDC, AIA, NFPA, and CSA standards for healthcare construction air quality management. It is suitable for use in Joint Commission accredited facilities and for projects requiring documented ICRA compliance.
Can the AG3000 containment cube be reused between projects?
Yes. The AG3000 reinforced PVC construction is designed for repeated setup and teardown. After each project, wipe down interior surfaces and inspect zipper seals and pole connections before repacking. Replace zipper seal tape if any gaps are found — containment integrity depends on zipper condition.

Located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, we acquired our Brio Air Filter in mid-late Spring of this year (2023) when pollen count was high and we were beginning to experience the effects of Poor Air Quality Index as a result of smoke particulates from fires in Canada that caused the air in much of Minnesota to become hazy and simply dirty.
It is so easy to share our experience with the Brio Air Filter given how quickly and efficiently it removed pollen, dust, and smoke particles from the environment inside our home. Two people in our home who suffer from pollen-related allergies during the spring immediately experienced easier breathing and elimination of symptoms within the house. With respect to smoke particulates from Canada drifting into our environment, EVERYONE in our home experienced directly improved breathing and smell of the air when entering from outside.
An additional piece of information to account for is that we have always employed high grade furnace filters in our home’s central HVAC system. With that high grade filtration in place both prior to and after acquiring a Brio home air filter, we all quickly agreed that deploying the Brio in our home made an easily noticeable positive difference in breathing inside our home. Additionally, those of us who clean our home have observed that dust builds up slower on our floors and furniture than before we deployed the Brio unit.
We did note that the Brio is not as quiet as a few other brands/models on the market that we have tried in our home but the efficiency and quality of the filtration, along with the air turnover rate it provides, allows us to locate the Brio unit in central rooms away from the bedrooms. Since we made that change there has been no noise-related effect on our sleep, while the unit maintains the same level of air cleanliness throughout our home.
A last key point to make is how easy the Brio unit is to maintain. The simplicity of the modular construction of the Brio unit makes it very quick and easy to keep the filtration sections clean. We have not yet reached a point of filter replacement but it is obvious to us that the replacement will take a matter of seconds and can be executed by anyone in our home, including our 10-year-old son.
It seems to help reduce my allergy issues. We're glad we bought it. The only problem I had was not seeing any cubic footage recommendations in the online description when purchasing the unit. Bedrooms vary widely in size!!
